Last week, NZQA had the pleasure of welcoming the Chairman of the Philippines’ Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and a delegation of five CHED officials to New Zealand.
The main purpose of their visit was to commemorate the completion of a joint project comparing New Zealand and Philippines Bachelor’s Degrees. NZQA and CHED had fruitful dialogues and information-sharing sessions, reinforcing our already strong relationship.
The CHED Chairman Prospero de Vera III also had a bilateral meeting with Hon Penny Simmonds, Minister for Tertiary Education and Skills and met with other New Zealand education agencies and providers.
