2025 NZ Scholarship Technology assessment (93601)

As per the Assessment Specifications, submissions for NZ Scholarship Technology (93601) are due by 29 October 2025.

Submissions should include:

  • a pdf document:
    • maximum 54 single sided A4 pages
    • 12pt Arial, or similar typeface
    • 2.5cm margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right)
  • supporting evidence, if required:
    • one digital file, e.g. .mp3 / .mp4.

NZ Scholarship Digital Technologies assessment (93604)

Digital Technologies has been added to the list of subjects for which students may use calculators in external assessments.

Level 2 (91898), Level 3 (91908) and NZ Scholarship Digital Technologies (93604) assessments

This is a reminder of a change for 2025. As per the Assessment Specifications and Examination timetable 2025, these standards will be administered on the digital assessment platform as end-of-year examinations.

  • Buffer paper copies of the assessment are not provided.
  • PDF copies are made available 75 minutes before the examination for schools to print, if a student requires a paper copy.
