2023 Code self-review and attestations
School signatories will have received two emails about self-review and attestation for the Code.
The first was sent in early October and outlined key information and resources to assist schools with the self-review and attestation process.
The second was sent on Monday 16 October and includes your unique link to the online attestation form.
These emails were sent to your Principal or their delegate.
If your school did not receive the link to the attestation form, please check your spam email. If it is not there, please email code.enquiries@nzqa.govt.nz and a member of the team can support you.
Your link is unique and cannot be forwarded, so please contact us if you did not receive the email.
The attestation due date is 1 December 2023 for school signatories.

New Code enquiry form
NZQA has launched a new online Code enquiry form for providers. This form also links to further information on our website based on the topic of your enquiry.
