Holidays Act remediation payments for former employees

Information for former NZQA employees who are eligible for a Holidays Act remediation payment

The Holidays Act 2003 sets out how leave payments and final pay are calculated and paid to employees in New Zealand.

Like many organisations, we found that some employees were incorrectly paid under the Holidays Act.

We’re contacting former NZQA employees who worked for us between 1 February 2014 and 19 September 2023.

Not every former employee will be affected.

If you were identified as having been underpaid, you will have received a letter in the post/mail at your last-known postal address.
