To apply for reconsideration, first log in to the learner portal.
On the left hand side, click on Entries and results.
Click Apply for a reconsideration.
Select all standards you wish to apply for.
Then click the Next step button.
Fill in your contact details. These are for us to contact you for any correspondence.
Next you can confirm your application and make any final changes.
You must check all 3 declarations to continue.
Choose from one of the 3 payment options. You can choose bank transfer, but a manual payment may take longer to process, so let’s make an online payment.
Fill in your billing information, payment details, and complete your payment.
You will see the confirmation screen with your order number and a link to track the progress. You will also receive an email with your order details.
