About Field Māori
Field Māori is a field in the New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework.
Field Māori is about Māori knowledge, teaching methods, and skills. It gives national recognition to mātauranga Māori.
Field Māori unit standards cover a range of learning areas, such as Māori Performing Arts, Tikanga and Mahinga Kai.
These Level 1 to 6 unit standards are developed by NZQA's Māori Qualification Services to promote, support and develop the growth and use of mātauranga Māori.
