There are dedicated internship opportunities for Pacific students.

You can intern during your degree study or after you've finished.

Internship opportunities for Pacific students

Dedicated internship programmes that support Pacific student success.

TupuToa

The TupuToa internship programme is open to Māori and Pasifika tertiary students in their last two years of degree study. 

TupuToa partners with organisations to offer 12-week paid internships.

Tupu Tai

The Tupu Tai internship programme is open to Pasifika students. You need to have completed at least one full year of study and hold a minimum B grade average.

Tupu Tai is managed by the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE). 

The programme offers 11-week paid internships with MBIE and other public-sector organisations.
