About School Results Summaries

A School Results Summary (SRS) is a transcript of all results a student has gained for standards while at senior secondary school. This includes internally and externally assessed standards.

The Summary also shows any:

• national qualifications and endorsements
• University Entrance
• Scholarships achieved before the student left school
• a summary of credits by course, subject and level.

A School Results Summary is different to a New Zealand Record of Achievement

A Record of Achievement

•  lists all standards that have been achieved
• orders standards by subfield
  • subfields can be ordered by date achieved, level, and standard number
• has no credit summary
• is an official transcript.

A School Results Summary

• lists all standards Achieved and Not Achieved
• orders standards by academic year, course, level and standard number
• arranges credits by level, result and subject
• is an unofficial transcript.
