Tertiary education organisations must provide NZQA with an annual declaration under NZQA rules.
This declaration attests that the organisation is complying with their obligations under the Education and Training Act 2020 (the Act) and NZQA rules.
Annual declarations must be submitted within 5 months of the end of the organisation's financial year. See the Quality Assurance Rules.
