This webinar provides an introductory overview of the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 (the Code) for tertiary providers.
The aim is to provide participants with a general understanding of the Code, its outcomes for all tertiary learners (Outcomes 1 to 4) and a provider's obligations under the Code.

This webinar is suited for staff who need a general awareness of the Code or who are looking for a refresher to better understand a provider's obligations under the Code.
This workshop is meant to complement the ongoing training and resources tailored to staff roles provided by an organisation as outlined under clause 10(2) of the Code.
