The Student Fee Protection Rules name several student fee protection mechanisms you can use

PTEs using a standard, static or bank bond trust mechanism are required to submit an annual audit opinion to us

Some programmes and micro-credentials are exempt from the requirement to deposit student fees with an independent trustee
