As a secondary school student, you receive results for all internal or external standards that are assessed as part of your NCEA qualification.
Internal standards are assessed by your education provider. External standards are assessed by NZQA.
You can view all your results in the MyNZQA learners portal.

Internal assessment results
During the school year, you receive results for internally assessed work.
Your school sends your results to NZQA. We record your results and they are added to your entries and results page in MyNZQA.
You can log in and look at your results at any time.
External assessment results
External NCEA assessments include Common Assessment Activities (or CAAs) and end-of-year examinations.
Literacy and Numeracy and Te Reo Matatini me te Pāngarau are assessed through CAAs. These assessments are scheduled during the school year.

Reviews and reconsiderations
You can apply for a review or reconsideration of externally assessed NCEA standards and New Zealand Scholarship subjects.

The application forms for reviews and reconsiderations are available in MyNZQA after your completed exams are available to you.
Reviews and reconsiderations can take up to 6 weeks to process. If you're a prospective university student, tell the university that you have outstanding reviews or reconsiderations.
