About reviews and reconsiderations
You can apply for a review or reconsideration of your New Zealand Scholarship results.
Applications for reviews and reconsiderations have now closed for the 2023 examination round.
Dates for the 2024 examination round will be published at a later date.
When to request a review
If you think an assessment that you completed is missing some or all of its content, or a grade score has been calculated or reported incorrectly, you will need to apply for a review.
A review does not involve re-marking and there is no charge.
When to request a reconsideration
If you think your Scholarship assessment has not been marked correctly, you can apply for a reconsideration. This involves reassessing all answers in the assessment.
For assessments where you've received your materials, you will need to include these in your application for a review or reconsideration.
New Zealand Scholarship reconsiderations cost $30.70 per standard (subject).
