Self-assessment

About self-assessment, including tools and resources to help providers meet their regulatory requirements

Self-assessment is when a tertiary education organisation (TEO) assesses itself to identify strengths and weaknesses.

TEOs conduct regular self-assessments to improve their educational performance, and to meet regulatory requirements and maintain registration.

We don't prescribe how TEOs conduct self-assessment. They can use any process that is comprehensive, authentic, transparent and robust.

You can use the pages and resources below to inform your organisation's self-assessment practice.
