Student fee refunds depend on the type of student you are, and the length of your course.
If you're enrolled in a course that takes more than three months to complete, the withdrawal period and refund amount depends on whether you're a domestic or international student.

Withdrawing after the withdrawal period
If you're withdrawing after the withdrawal period, you're not automatically entitled to a refund.
Refunds are in accordance with the PTE's withdrawal and refund policy.
If you want to dispute the refund amount
You can dispute the refund offered by your PTE through Study Complaints.
It's a free dispute resolution scheme for domestic tertiary learners and international students.
