About this toolkit
It is important for all international and domestic tertiary learners to know about the Code so that they understand what services and support are available to them during their studies.
We have published a communications toolkit with optional resources for you to use to help your learners know and understand the Code.
Feel free to use them at orientation and throughout your learners’ enrolment period, as appropriate.

Know the Code videos
We released a series of videos outlining what support domestic tertiary and all international learners can expect for their wellbeing and safety while studying.
These videos aim to support learners' understanding of the Code of Practice. They were made for learners, by learners, and cover a wide range of topics about the Code.
You can embed, or link to, these videos on your website, social media or to student platforms, such as Blackboard or Moodle.
