NZQA's new integrated quality assurance framework (iQAF) and the new rules that underpin it are now in place.
From July 2026, tertiary education organisations (TEOs) will be required to conduct an annual organisation self-review to understand:
- the quality of education and training delivered
- the effectiveness of the TEO's quality assurance systems and practice, and
- the outcomes achieved by learners.
Join us on an online workshop to learn more.
We are running information sessions for TEOs
The information sessions provide an overview of the new TEO self-review process and how it fits into iQAF. The aim of the information sessions is to:
- support a shared understanding of organisational self-review and the TEO self-review process
- discuss approaches to effective organisational self-review and quality improvement planning
- provide an opportunity for TEOs to ask questions about the new TEO self-review process.
The information sessions are free and suited to staff who are responsible for their organisation's quality assurance systems and practices.
