I've forgotten the username I use with MyNZQA school portal and ESL
The username is the same you use for your ESL. Select 'Forgotten username' and follow the instructions. You'll need your email address.

Select 'Forgotten passphrase' and follow the instructions. You'll need your ESL username and email address.

Issues accessing tools or information in the portal
If you have issues accessing tools or information you expect to have access to, contact your school's Principal's Nominee.
You can find the name of your school's Principal's Nominee at the top right corner of the portal's homepage.
Issues finding web entries
You need to go to the older School Portal to find web entries.
Log into the MyNZQA school portal. On the homepage right side there is a box called Useful Links.
In this box is the link to the old School Portal. Click on this link to find the web entries.
