Information for teachers and school staff about using the MyNZQA school portal

The MyNZQA school portal is for teachers and school administrators. In the MyNZQA school portal you can:

  • make applications to NZQA
  • manage student information
  • make and manage digital submissions.

Logging in to the MyNZQA school portal

To log in to the MyNZQA school portal, enter the email address and password you use for your Education Sector Login (ESL).

Accessing the MyNZQA school portal

You must have an ESL from the Ministry of Education to access the MyNZQA school portal.

To get an ESL, ask the ESL online Delegated Authoriser from your school to send you an invitation to create an account.
