A list of Special Assessment Conditions (SAC) for particular student needs and the evidence the school needs when they apply for support

The table below lists some potential learning needs and barriers and matches these with possible SAC support.  

Learning needs and barriers may be:

  • Learning (L)
  • Medical (M)
  • Physical (P)
  • Sensory Impaired (S).

A Writer, Reader or Computer provision means a student can automatically get separate accommodation.
