New Zealand Record of Achievement

About your New Zealand Record of Achievement and how to get a copy

Your New Zealand Record of Achievement (NZRoA) is an official transcript of all the New Zealand qualifications and standards you've achieved, as reported by NZQA-consented education providers and universities.

Your Record shows any New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF) qualifications you've achieved. It doesn't show qualifications you gained before the Framework was implemented.

Some modules may not appear on your record

Some programmes for New Zealand qualifications have modules, or parts, that are not based on assessment standards. These modules will not appear on your Record of Achievement.

Please contact your provider if you would like a copy of your transcript that includes these modules.

Secondary school endorsements

Your Record will show endorsements gained either for an NCEA Certificate or a school course.
