micro-credentials listed and approved from mid-January 2023 (reviewed every 1, 2 or 3 years)
micro-credentials approved before mid-January 2023 (reviewed annually), or
courses formerly approved as training schemes.

Please complete a separate review report for each micro-credential or former training scheme.

When you don't need this form

You do not need to complete a review if:

you enrol international students into your former training scheme and it is more than 12 weeks duration, or
it is English language tuition or basic first aid related.

Micro-credentials listed and approved from mid-January 2023

Please note

A letter of support from the relevant WDC is not required for changes to the details of an existing micro-credential listed and approved since mid-January 2023, but you typically need WDC support for new micro-credentials.
Changes to a micro-credential’s listed details and its approved content may result in a new version of the micro-credential. If the micro-credential is used in a programme, this may affect that programme.
