Private training establishments (PTEs) must notify us of certain changes:
- change of delivery site (permanent and temporary)
- new delivery site (permanent and temporary)
- change of governing members
- change of ownership
- change to trading name.
We assess the appropriateness of the change, and how it affects the PTE’s ongoing registration.
A PTE must demonstrate that it will continue to meet the requirements for registration after the change.
