Learner Ākonga

A person who learning or in training. This can be with an education organisation, a secondary school or a workplace etc.

An expected result of learning in terms of skills and knowledge.

Level Kaupae

The New Zealand Qualifications and Credentials Framework (NZQCF) has ten levels. These levels go from the least complex (Level 1) to the most complex (Level 10).

Every qualification on the NZQCF is listed on a particular level.
