The following assessment support materials were developed to support the previous versions of the Legal Studies Unit Standards to show how the merit and excellence grades in these standards can be meaningfully assessed. Assessors will need to modify activities and tasks to align with the new versions. Updates of these resources will be produced in due course.
These resources are intended as a guide only and it is expected that assessors will adapt these and develop assessments that are relevant to the context their assessment occurs in.

NZQA free online assessor support resources are accessible on NZQA’s Learning Management System, Pūtake, via the Education Sector Logon. This includes Transforming Assessment Praxis – how to modify existing resources, explore diverse ways of collecting evidence and practical, research-based ideas and resources.
